Ferguson &Wilpon is engaged in the general practice of law, representing individuals and businesses in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Areas of practice include, but are not limited to, personal injury/auto accidents, family law, employment-related matters, business law, collections, health care, wills, contracts, civil litigation, education law, traffic matters and real estate law.

Mr. Wilpon graduated from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in 1975. Upon graduation, he did a clerkship with a trial judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for almost two years. After that, he worked at several law firms, until he started his own practice in 1985. Mr. Wilpon was a sole practitioner until he and Mr. Ferguson formed Ferguson & Wilpon. Mr. Wilpon is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Ferguson graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law and also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Ferguson developed his legal expertise as an associate at several different law firms. Subsequent to that he founded, and continues to be the sole owner of Main Street Settlements, Inc., a real estate settlement and title company. Mr. Ferguson is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland and currently serves as President of the Olney Chamber of Commerce.
