Leads2Share activities are guided by an Executive Council, which consists of four officers - president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer plus one at-large delegate chosen by the membership.

Executive Council members serve six-month terms, except for the treasurer. To promote fiscal continuity, the office of treasurer is a one-year term. Council elections are held each January and June. As the governing body of Leads2Share, the Executive Council sets policy and guidelines for the group, schedules elections, recommends group activities, and monitors the group's effectiveness in the generation of leads and new business. The Executive Council will review and resolve occupational conflicts.
